Overview
All of our products are made-to-order. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds (General Policy)
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. All sales are final.
Exceptions (We Will Replace or Refund Only If):
We will gladly correct any of the following issues:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
- Printing error or manufacturing mistake
- Order lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review your claim and issue a replacement or refund if approved.
Size Issues
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production, which typically begins within 12–24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control after the order has shipped.
